Delivery outside the UK:
For orders to destinations outside the UK please order through out Etsy shop
This will ensure that the correct taxes are collected at the time of ordering and there should not be any taxes / customs / handling charges to pay once the order arrives with you. In addition orders are much less likely to be held up in customs.
Apologies for this change but we consider it the best way to ensure that orders get through as quickly as possible and without any further charges being due before you can receive the delivery.
Delivery direct to recipient:
All our packages fit through a letterbox so no need to answer the door to the postie (who will probably be equally pleased!). Simply put the name and address you want it sent to in the Delivery address (making sure your own address is filled in the Billing section) and add a gift message including your name in the 'Additional Instructions' box in checkout. These will then be sent out direct to the recipient with the gift message printed out instead of a receipt. You will of course still receive a receipt yourself by email.
Payments are through the secure Paypal or Stripe gateways.
Any taxes / import duties are the responsibility of the buyer (these include the EU post-Brexit - it is currently unclear as to how / if these will be enforced - hopefully the details of these charges will become clearer over time).
All products are printed to order so will be despatched within 2 working days of ordering. If you are in a particular hurry for something please email us as I can often send things out much sooner depending on stock levels and whether I can get to the post office.
UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail, overseas orders will be sent by Airmail.
Overseas orders are sent by Airmail and the Royal Mail claims to deliver in around 5 working days (Europe) or 10 working days (rest of the world) but at busy times such as Christmas it may take a little longer than this - unfortunately this is out of our control. Please note that there are currently some delays in international deliveries due to the pandemic and changes associated with Brexit. These times are in addition to the time required to produce the product.
Packages are well wrapped to protect the contents but if a product does get accidentally damaged in transit please contact us with the order number as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation.
UK orders over £10 qualify for free shipping (£1 for orders under £10).
If you change your mind and decide you do not want what you ordered you have 28 days to contact us with the order number so that we can give you information on where to send the returns.You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs.
